This basement renovation took its cues from the main floor remodel previously done. The goal was to make more efficient use of the downstairs while freshening up the outdated space for this expanding family. We accomplished this by rejuvenating the stairwell system and bringing the sunken fireplace room level with the rest of the basement. The sit down bar was replaced with a walk up option complete with full size wine refrigerator. By maximizing the given space, these grandparents have a great area for the adults and grandchildren to relax in.
