Suzanne Pottinger

Co-owner and Spatial Designer

There is nothing more important to Suzanne than building an honest relationship with her clients. She & Tim truly care about their clients’ wants as well as their budget. She has been involved in the home remodeling industry since earning her college degree in Interior & Architectural Design in 1994. Now, over two and a half decades later, Suzanne’s training & on the job experience has led her to become a creative & functional designer with a flair for re-defining spaces!

Tim Zilles

Co-owner and Project Coordinator

Tim is a passionate home remodeler from Stillwater, MN. He has an encompassing background in the construction industry. When coordinating projects for Novare, Tim has very high standards and has a difficult time “settling” for anything less than what he would do in his own home. Tim is on-site for each step of your remodel, making sure that our Trade Partners are on-time, clean, & doing the highest quality of work. Tim’s laid back personality, combined with his knack for details, is essential in any renovation. Trust and honesty are a key foundation to Novare’s function and transformational results.

Our Process

What To Expect When You Remodel With Us…

There are three stages to our remodeling process. We take our work very seriously, from meeting the client for the first time, to the project’s full completion. We design & remodel homes with the utmost care and always with the clients’ needs in mind.

Stage 1

1) WE BEGIN WITH A CONSULTATION

This is where we lead you through questions that help us determine your wants and needs for your remodel. And finally, we will discuss a preliminary budget range for the project.

Stage 2

2) Design & Scope Of Work Contract

This is when the official, detailed floor plans and renderings will be presented, and the homeowners will see their project come to life!

3) Product Selection

This begins with a professional design consultation and personal selection assistance. This process is broken down into building blocks, each selection meeting building upon previous choices from our home renovation services. Suzanne will be with you from the beginning by helping you with every selection.

4) Project Proposal

After the design work and selections are complete, a “fixed price” construction contract is presented.

Stage 3

5) Renovation

After the contract is signed, a start date is set and your home remodeling project begins! Renovations can be a scary process for homeowners, but we are with you every step of the way with open communication and reassurance!
