“Curbless and Clean”
A common question from homeowners when considering a Master bathroom renovation is; “We never use the tub, will it affect resale if we remove the tub and create more space for a spa like shower”? As long as there is one other tub within the house, it’s OK to eliminate the tub and reclaim that space for a larger, more customized shower experience.

That is what the owner of this 60’s rambler did. The new walk in shower is almost 3 times larger than the old footprint. By removing the tub, adequate space was obtained to create a curbless access (zero clearance) to allow the homeowner to age in place.
