This Master Bathroom had a functional layout, however the original builder grade finishes were not up to par with the homeowners' style.
These homeowners reached out to Novare since we were highly recommended by two of their neighbors. Word of mouth referrals are the highest compliment you can give! We were excited to start working to make this 1990’s Master Bathroom a new, modern spa like retreat.
November 2018: We are nearing completion of this 3 story remodel overlooking the St. Croix River. The biggest change was moving the staircase so that it wasn't in the center of the home. What a difference this has made!
These previous clients reached back out to Novare when they decided they were ready for an upstairs renovation. The upper level of their home was outdated and wasn’t congruent with the newly renovated main floor we had previously remodeled. The primary areas of focus were the master bathroom and the main bathroom.
When Novare entered the scene, this 1980’s-built home in Wedgewood had recently come under new ownership. The new homeowners wished to update the style of a few rooms in their home to reflect their personal taste as well as increase the functionality of these rooms. We were confident we could redesign these spaces in a way that exceeded our clients’ expectations.
These clients contacted Novare because they were frustrated with their dated and nonfunctional main floor. They had a worn out 1990's builder grade home that lacked storage and organization. We were confident that this home had enough space, it just needed to be repurposed to suit the needs for this family of 4 with two growing boys.
When these particular clients reached out to us, they expressed frustration over the chopped up spaces in their smaller home and the way in which this affected traffic flow. We knew that our combination of experience and creative problem solving skills were exactly what these homeowners needed to renovate their kitchen space into an inviting, comfortable and functional space.
